![]() the Bar food is pretty good too but only while it's fresh. overall, it was fine, my son had a great time but i think next year, i will choose someplace else and see what $700 fetches for a 9 year old's bday party =) there are so many options, they should really try harder, i think. I picked sunday b/c i thought it would be less busy but it was too busy and too chaotic to really focus on too many birthday parties. the Bad: the restrooms were dirty, the floors were dirty inside the restaurant/bar area, the party host was not attentive at all, she put out pizza before the kids sat down so it got cold fast, then they were about to throw most of it away b/c the kids "said they were done" but i had 13 kids trickling in (some were late in her defense) but the host was talking to other hosts and the kids were just sitting there looking bored (i think the party host should be tending to the kids instead i picked up this job) then the kids go off & play games & lazer tag so they really only give party host time for 45 minutes. i feel he went above & beyond while our party host had already moved on to another party. Jonah: the young man party host in training also did an excellent job at taking care of the lil kids. Good: Braddley our waiter in the bar area really took care of us reserved a large table for us and took care of the demanding "big kids". We do spend about $700 for about 30 people (kids & adults) so I do expect the VIP treatment which we don't really get but here's the good and the not so good. We like that we don't have to prep or clean up. This is our 2nd year to have our lil guy's birthday party there. So all in all a bad experience and I regretted buying the all you can play passes What got me was how they had 11 lanes opened and not one of them could be played on all of a sudden, they had their other lanes down to the right of those reserved for two birthday parties but it was only six lanes reserved. ![]() The first time was with trying to find out why the ropes area wasn’t opened, well no idea but later they opened it and we had to sign up for a time slot, afterwards my son and his friends did arcade no problems at all…at the end the kids were going to finish off with some bowling where we were then told that it was a three hour wait, even though they had 11 non reserved open lanes, but refused to let us bowl, now don’t be fooled we did bowl when we got there, but we were told the games were unlimited, they really weren’t unlimited. We came here for my sons birthday, one we tried to book a party online and it said no birthday parties on Saturday, we were then told while at main event that it does that when it’s completely booked out for parties, we got the all you can play passes, which weren’t badly priced but we thought we would be able to play all the games featured for that pass with no difficulty…I was wrong we had difficulty.
